Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a formula, figure or claim on this site is wrong, we want to know what it is and what it should be.

We read everything. We cannot answer questions about your personal health — those belong with a qualified healthcare provider who can actually examine you.
What to include
- For a correction: the page, the figure you think is wrong, and the value you believe is right. A source helps.
- For a bug: which calculator, what you entered, and what happened.
- For a suggestion: what you were trying to find out and could not.
What we cannot help with
Individual medical questions, interpreting your results for your specific situation, or anything that amounts to diagnosis. This site provides general wellness information only. Talk to a doctor, dietitian or other qualified provider for advice about you.
